  11. I've going to be getting a new machine soon and thought that it was time to
  12. upgrade from my ancient Borland C++ v3.1 to a newer one so I can program for
  13. win95 and get all the neat new features.

  15. I have heard people complain that the IDE is buggy? Is this only under WinNT or
  16. all OS's?
